The Feast is not only in the food but also in the variety of teachings we offer. We celebrate the power of diversity as each teacher has a unique voice and style.
Yet each class shares a common intention, which is “ BREATHE to heal and synchronize mind and body, to open the heart, so we learn how to love who and what we see”.
